Camping

Come on out! Sit around the campfire. Relax with old and new friends. Enjoy the outdoors. And roast a few marshmallows over an open camp fire.

We supply volunteers to assist, tents, transportation, food and gear for fun. You bring your personal supplies, a sleeping bag, approprite clothing, "feeling good" attitude and a smile.

Cross Country Skiing

A sport that can be enjoyed by able and disabled skiers alike, Cross Country skiing is something everyone can enjoy together!

TPT has all the necessary ski equipment, a ski pass, extra hands from volunteers, food and drink. All you need to bring is the appropriate warm clothing, gloves, hat and/or ear muffs, any personal items and you'll be ready to plow the snow!

Fishing

When it comes to reeling in fish, disabled outdoor enthusiasts have little disadvantage. Being seated doesn't mean much, and it's something that can be done with nondisabled people.

We supply the volunteers, tackle, bait, rods, food, drink and transportation when we travel beyond the local lakes and fun. You bring clothing, a hat, your favorite tackle and/or rod, a feeling good attitude and a smile.

Hiking

Stay connected with nature by spending time day hiking at numerous trails throughout Phoenix. Guided hikes of various lengths and difficulty are offered in the spring and fall. Hiking wheelchairs and other assisted hiking chairs are available.

We supply the food, drink, volunteers and fun. Your bring along any personal necessities, clothing, gloves for pushing, and go gettem' attitude.

Kayaking

We have the kayaks, paddles, volunteers to lend a hand, PDF, food and drink. All you have to bring is appropriate clothing, any personal necessities, hat, towel(s), good attitude and a smile.
